Repairs and upgrades of transformers/reactors with power ratings of up to 80 MVA and 70 MVAr
- Assembly and disassembly at the work station and transport to the facility,
- Internal inspection of the active part of the transformer,
- Repair or replacement of the core,
- Rewinding windings,
- Replacement of the active part with a new one with the possibility of an upgrade (including change of the rated voltage levels, short circuit voltage, connection group)
- Increasing the rated power,
- Vacuum drying of windings and active parts,
- Replacement of the on-load tap changers,
- Treatment, replacement and disposal of transformer oil,
- Leakage repair, including replacement of the main seal,
- Modernization of hardware:
- Replacement of radiators and fans,
- Modernization of radiator valves,
- Replacement of electrical installation,
- Installation of ball valves, magnetic oil level indicators, safety valves
- Installation of control cabinets
- Sandblasting and painting of tanks and radiators with polyurethane and chemically hardening paints,
- Post-repair tests and final measurements,
- Possibility of renting a replacement transformer for the duration of repair (with a power rating of 16 MVA)
- Inspections and maintenance of transformers at the work station
- Other services agreed upon individually with the customer
